Chocolate Cheesecake Overnight Oats Packed with Protien!

Ingredients
- Oats
- Dark Chocolate chips
- Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- Milk ( Your choice )
- Fat Free / Light Cream Cheese
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Low cal / Zero sugar syrup
- Protien Powder ( Chocolate for this receipe )
- salt
- *Optional* Vanilla extract
- Frozen Raspberries
- Honey
Instructions
- - Blend
• 1/3 cup rolled oats (blended)
• 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (blended)
- Add blend to a bowl with
• 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt, plain
• 1/4 cup milk (any milk works, I use 1%)
• 1 heaping tbsp fat free or light cream cheese (you can use 2 tbsp if fat free)
• 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp low calorie maple syrup (or any sweetener)
• 1 scoop protein powder (Any chocolate or brownie flavour works. I used @myproteinus chocolate whey. 40% off code is "RAZI" if needed!)
• 1/8 tsp salt (just a pinch)
- Mix it together
- Add frozen Raspberries and honey to a pan til a jam
- Raspberry Jam: 1/2 cup frozen raspberries Drizzle of honey (approx. 1/2 tsp)
- Add everything to a mason jar
- Mixture
- Jam
-Close lid then refrigerate for at least 3-4 hrs or overnight
- - Oats:
• OPTIONAL: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Topping: • granola, nuts, seeds, etc. (optional)
- Notes: • Blending the oats and dark chocolate chips are not necessary, but plays a role in the perfect "cake-like" texture that makes this stand out from other Overnight Oats flavours.
• I like to prep these in batches and store them into the fridge for up to 5 days.
