Feijoa Cake

Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¼ cups sugar
- 1 cup mashed feijoas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 75g butter (soften in the microwave)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place the milk, eggs, sugar, feijoas, vanilla and butter in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Place the dry ingredients in a bowl, then pour the wet ingredients in and mix.
- Pour into a baking tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Once cool, dust with icing sugar.
