Ingredients

  • 400g boneless chicken, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3cm piece fresh ginger, finely diced
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • ⅔ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 400g udon noodles
  • ¼ large cabbage, shredded

Instructions

  • Bring a drizzle of oil to medium-high heat in a large wok or frying pan.
  • Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes or until browned.
  • To the same wok, add garlic and ginger and cook for a minute or until fragrant.
  • Add carrot and onion and cook for a few minutes or until beginning to soften.
  • Stir through the sauce, followed by the udon noodles and cabbage.
  • Cook for a final 3-5 minutes or until heated through.
  • Serve and enjoy.
