Spanish Rice Burritos

Super simple burrito recipe! Easy for after work meals!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Hamburger
  • 1 Package Knorr Spanish Rice
  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning of Choice
  • 1 Package Tortillas - of Choice
  • Salsa of Choice
  • 1 Green Pepper - or Favorite Pepper
  • Corn- Optional
  • Deep skillet
  • 2 Cups Water

Instructions

  • 1. Brown meat until no pink left.
  • 2. Drain all grease and juices and replace hamburger back into pan.
  • 3. Add knorr rice, taco seasoning, pepper, and 2 cups of water to skillet
  • 4. Simmer covered for 7 minutes or until water has evaporated and rice is soft.
  • 5. Add the burrito mix to a tortilla, add salsa on top to taste, and wrap to enjoy.
  • TO MAKE VEGETARIAN: Delete hamburger and keep ingredients- and add beans of choice.
