Spanish Rice Burritos

Super simple burrito recipe! Easy for after work meals!
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Hamburger
- 1 Package Knorr Spanish Rice
- 1 Package Taco Seasoning of Choice
- 1 Package Tortillas - of Choice
- Salsa of Choice
- 1 Green Pepper - or Favorite Pepper
- Corn- Optional
- Deep skillet
- 2 Cups Water
Instructions
- 1. Brown meat until no pink left.
- 2. Drain all grease and juices and replace hamburger back into pan.
- 3. Add knorr rice, taco seasoning, pepper, and 2 cups of water to skillet
- 4. Simmer covered for 7 minutes or until water has evaporated and rice is soft.
- 5. Add the burrito mix to a tortilla, add salsa on top to taste, and wrap to enjoy.
- TO MAKE VEGETARIAN: Delete hamburger and keep ingredients- and add beans of choice.
