Ingredients: **Roast:**; 1 lb Fresh Tomato; 1 Whole Jalapeño; 1 Whole Polano; 1 Guajillo Piece (1/2 inch x 1 inch); 6 cloves fresh garlic; 2 piece Chile de Arbol; 1/2 sweet onion; 1 stalk green onion; **Other**; 1/4 bunch fresh cilantro; 1/4 tsp Oregano; 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper; 1/4 cup olive oil; 1 tbsp Chipotle; 1 tbsp Kosher Salt; 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin; 1/4 cup water

Ingredients

**Roast:**

1 lb Fresh Tomato

1 Whole Jalapeño

1 Whole Polano

1 Guajillo Piece (1/2 inch x 1 inch)

6 cloves fresh garlic

2 piece Chile de Arbol

1/2 sweet onion

1 stalk green onion

**Other**

1/4 bunch fresh cilantro

1/4 tsp Oregano

1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp Chipotle

1 tbsp Kosher Salt

1/4 tsp Ground Cumin

1/4 cup water

Instructions

Cook Onion, Garlic, Green Onion, Tomatoes, Poblano, Jalepeno, Guajillo & Arbol in oven until they are black. Combine & Blend all ingredients together. Chill & Serve.
